Our most detailed and comprehensive report, used at the start of a tenancy.
It documents the full condition and contents of the property, including:

This is the gold standard for deposit protection and future check-out comparisons.

A lighter, photo-led report for the start of a tenancy — ideal where a full inventory isn’t required.

Used at the end of a tenancy, this report compares the current condition of the property against the Inventory or Check-In report, including:

Designed to assist in fair and evidence-based deposit decisions.
