An inventory is a fully itemised report of the property. Every fixture and fitting, detail and damage is photographed and described.

An interim inspection is where we inspect the property for general maintenance, housekeeping, cleanliness, evidence of smoking, pets, subletting or any other misuse during the tenancy.
We then compile a report with overview pictures of every room and pictures of any issues there may be.
